Job Extension Setting1
The first option, whether to enable special method to copy if source is found to occupied by other programs. Only that source must be in local can support this feature. It is usually used for database hot backup while the general job can not be enabled.
The second option, select whether to copy files with their permission.
The third option, for the job that source or destination directory is on FTP server, select whether to enable multi-thread to upload and download files. Enable multi-thread will speed up file transfer. How many threads need to set should rely on the specific network speed. If too much you have set, file transfer will be overtime usually and affect the speed.
The fourth option, if source and destination directory are on FTP server, and there is difference in PASV mode between this two FTP servers, you can enable FXP to make FTP servers directly transfer files without transit via local.
