Main Window of Job Status

The main window lists all the jobs and status.There are several status as below displayed by the first column.

1. Job is stopping and no timing automatic execution, please execute by manual via toolbar menu.
2. Job is stopping and timing automatic execution has been set and enabled, the job will be executed automatically.
3. Job is stopping and timing automatic execution has been set and enabled, but the source and destination directory are in removable storage or network mapping drive, the job can not be executed temporary.
4. Job is stopping and timing automatic execution has been set but disabled, the job must be executed by manual because automatic execution is closed temporary though it has been set to auto execute.
5. Job is in preview, checking directory and displaying the changed files in the progress without being modified.
6. Job is currently being executed, checking directory to copy and delete the relevant files.
7. Subsidiary job is being executed. The subjob includes file recovery, log export and backup to Email.
8. Job and subsidiary job is being executed, But job and subsidiary can not be executed at the same time. The latter will not be executed until the former is complete. This icon means that a job is waiting to be executed.
9. A subsidiary job which is not bundled with the main job. The subsidiary job will be executed by manual separately but not be executed with the main job together.
10. A subsidiary job bundled with the main job. The subsidiary job will be executed automatically after the main job is complete.

The role of the button on the top toolbar menu:

1. Create a new synchronization and backup job.
2. Modify the current selected job.
3. Delete the current selected job.
4. Copy the current selected job.
5. Set job dependency. If the selected job has been set with job dependency, software will execute the dependencies job at first and then execute the selected job.
6. Preview the current selected job.
7. Execution. Execute the current job independently, and do dependencies execution with the selected job and relevant job. If the selected job has been set with job dependency, the program will execute the dependency job before executing the selected job.
8. Stop job execution.
9. Set timing automatic execution.
10. Set automatic shutdown: When executing job, you can set automatic shutdown after job is complete.
11. Restore files for job and enable File Recovery Wizard.
12. Open source directory of job setting.
13. Open destination directory of job setting.
